• Unpaid or open-ended collaborations

• Unlimited or lifetime work

• Informal publicity or social mentions instead of production

• Unauthorized reshoots, edits, or redistribution

• Any future work without a new activation and written approval

• Each $1 million activation covers one fully delivered phase

• Additional activations can be added to scale production up to $20 million +

• Every project is phase-bound and contract-defined

• Diego Perdomo reserves full right to pause or end collaboration after each phase

• No activation implies lifetime or continuous work

Appearances are for media and lifestyle representation, not acting or music careers.

All productions must be professional, licensed, and broadcast-ready — no unverified or underground projects.

Each booking purchased is the Media Agreement and brand approval.
